Delivery Policy & Refunds
Delivery Policy :
Instructor led classes will be delivered at the location, time, and date specified in your order receipt. Every effort will be made to deliver the classes as specified in your order receipt. However, classes may be cancelled or rescheduled due to low enrollment or illness of instructors. If a class is cancelled or rescheduled, you will have the option of applying any money paid to a future class or you may request a full refund.
In the event of class cancellation due to events beyond our control such as natural disaster and dangerous weather, you will have the option to enroll in a future scheduled class based on mutual discussion.
Refund Policy :
Please notify MTI Training five or more business days in advance of your scheduled class if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation. You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel five or more business days prior to the class. No refund will be issued or outstanding invoice canceled if you cancel four or fewer business days prior to the class. You must cancel five business days prior to class for a full refund – there are no refunds if you cancel after that subject to Our Guarantee.
