PMP Exam Preparation Guarantee:

MTI Training is committed to our students’ success. Our students receive industry leading PMP preparation classes taught by experienced instructors with a track record of success. We guarantee your success on the PMP exam or we will refund your money.*

 *Terms and Conditions:

1. A student must attend every class day or session, arrive on time, not leave early, and refrain from using a cell phone, PDA, or laptop to perform activities unrelated to the training while class is in session.
2. A student must satisfy all course requirements, assignments, and pre-requisites.
3. A student must take their exam within 15 days of the class end date.
4. If a student fails the exam on the 1st attempt, MTI Training will pay the re-exam fee up to $275.00, review the exam results to identify weak areas, and provide remote coaching to help prepare the student for a 2nd attempt at the exam. The 2nd exam must be scheduled within 3 weeks or 21 days of the 1st exam.
5. If a student fails the exam on the 2nd  attempt, MTI Training will pay the re-exam fee up to $275.00, review the exam results to identify weak areas, and provide remote coaching to help prepare the student for a 3rd attempt at the exam. The 3rd exam must be scheduled within 3 weeks or 21 days of the 1st exam.
6. If a student fails the exam on the 3rd attempt, they may submit a request to receive a refund of their course fee, less any paid re-exam fees and a 250.00 administration fee.

 *Terms and Conditions:

1. A student must attend every class day or session, arrive on time, not leave early, and refrain from using a cell phone, PDA, or laptop to perform activities unrelated to the training while class is in session.
2. A student must satisfy all course requirements, assignments, and pre-requisites.
3. A student must take their exam within 15 days of the class end date.
4. If a student fails the exam on the 1st attempt, MTI Training will pay the re-exam fee up to $168.00, review the exam results to identify weak areas, and provide remote coaching to help prepare the student for a 2nd attempt at the exam. The 2nd exam must be scheduled within 3 weeks or 21 days of the 1st exam.
5. If a student fails the exam on the 2nd  attempt, MTI Training will pay the re-exam fee up to $168.00, review the exam results to identify weak areas, and provide remote coaching to help prepare the student for a 3rd attempt at the exam. The 3rd exam must be scheduled within 3 weeks or 21 days of the 1st exam. Note: CompTIA exam retake policy requires that you wait 14 days after the 2nd attempt, before you can try a 3rd time.
6. If a student fails the exam on the 3rd attempt, they may submit a request to receive a refund of their course fee, less any paid re-exam fees and a 150.00 administration fee.

Security+ Exam Preparation Guarantee:

MTI Training is committed to our students’ success. Our students receive industry leading Security+ preparation classes taught by experienced instructors with a track record of success. We guarantee your success on the Security+ exam or we will refund your money.*

1. A student must attend every class day or session, arrive on time, not leave early, and refrain from using a cell phone, PDA, or laptop to perform activities unrelated to the training while class is in session.
2. A student must satisfy all course requirements, assignments, and pre-requisites.
